Phase One: Preparation

Orbiskicks requires one business day to review and prepare an accepted order for dispatch. During this period, we may confirm the customer’s name, telephone number, delivery address, selected product, size, quantity, and payable amount. An order may be placed on hold if essential information is incomplete, inconsistent, or cannot reasonably support delivery.

Business days exclude Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong public holidays, and days when courier operations are suspended. Orders received outside operating hours begin processing on the next business day. The preparation period is an estimate and starts after Orbiskicks receives sufficient order information.

Phase Two: Courier Transit

After preparation, the parcel is handed to a courier for delivery. Transit normally requires 1 to 2 business days. Together with preparation, the estimated total timeline is 2 to 3 business days. Delivery times are estimates rather than fixed appointments. Weather conditions, road restrictions, building access, public events, courier disruption, or circumstances outside reasonable control may extend the timeline.

Phase Three: Cash on Delivery

All orders are paid through Cash on Delivery. No online payment is collected at checkout. The customer must pay the full order amount when the courier arrives. Customers should ensure that the required amount is available and follow any reasonable payment instructions communicated for the delivery.

The checkout total is the complete amount payable upon delivery. No shipping or Cash on Delivery fee will be added afterward.

Delivery Readiness Checklist

Before placing an order, the customer should:

  • provide a complete Hong Kong delivery address;
  • include a reachable local telephone number;
  • select the intended product, color, and size;
  • ensure someone can receive the parcel; and
  • have the payable amount available upon arrival.

One Delivery Attempt

Only one delivery attempt is provided. If nobody is available to receive the parcel, the courier cannot access the address, or the payable amount is unavailable, delivery will fail. The order will then be seen as canceled automatically, without a second delivery attempt.

A failed Cash on Delivery order may affect whether Orbiskicks accepts or dispatches future orders connected with the same customer, contact details, or address. Any future-order decision will be based on relevant delivery history and applied reasonably. Customers who anticipate an availability problem should contact footwear@orbiskicks.com before dispatch.

Address Changes and Cancellations

Customers may request an address correction or cancellation while the parcel remains with Orbiskicks. Requests are not effective until acknowledged. Once the order leaves our warehouse and is handed to the courier, cancellation and address changes are unavailable. Refusing the parcel after dispatch is seen as a failed delivery, not a valid cancellation or return.

Parcel Condition and Delivery Issues

Customers should review the parcel at delivery when reasonably possible. If the package or footwear appears damaged, or the contents differ from the order, the customer should notify Orbiskicks within thirty calendar days after delivery. The message should include the order details, a description of the issue, and photographs when requested.
